Oreo Cookie Bark

This Oreo Cookie Bark dessert is super easy to make and here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:

  1. Line a 13” x 9” pan with parchment paper and spray with a little non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Break up your Oreo cookies and place in a large bowl.
  3. Place the white chocolate chips in a separate large microwaveable bowl with the shortening.
  4. Microwave chocolate at medium until the chips are melted, stirring every 15 seconds to check consistency. (You want it melted but still a little hard and easy to handle)
  5. Then, mix the Oreo cookie in to the chocolate and spread the mixture out on the pan.
  6. Allow it to harden. (This might take a couple of hours at room temperature, or you can place the bark in the fridge to speed up the process.)
  7. When completely hardened, carefully remove the bark from the parchment paper, break into pieces to enjoy this delicious Oreo Cookie Bark.
